Oktoberfest is held in conjunction with FHSU Homecoming.
Oktoberfest is a free event to the public and estimates around
5,000-7,000 people in attendance.
The two day celebration brings in over $600,000 to the local economy with many visitors from 50 miles away or greater during the festival weekend. Attendees come from Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, etc.
